Police operatives attached to Mararaba ‘A’ Division in Nasarawa State led by CSP Musa Babayola are currently investigating Alice Mulak of Ungwan Gwari, Karu LGA for stabbing her boyfriend to death with a Knife.
Alice Mulak had stabbed her lover to death at about 3:30 am during a fisticuff with the deceased.
NigeriaCrime.com gathered that, that the incident happened behind City Rock Hotel, Mararaba when the deceased and his girlfriend engaged themselves in fisticuffs as a result of a misunderstanding.
Confirming the incident, DSP Ramhan Nansel, Police Public Relations officer Commissioner of Police, Nasarawa State Command said the suspect was arrested and the knife used in perpetrating the offence was consequently recovered based on the directives of the Commissioner of Police, CP Adesina Soyemi.”
“The suspect has been transferred to State Criminal Investigation Department, Lafia for further investigation and subsequent prosecution.”
Recalled that a 51-year-old man was arrested for beating his wife to death in Ogun.
The suspect was arrested following a report lodged at Mowe divisional headquarters by the younger sister of the deceased, who reported that she received information from her elder sister’s daughter that her elder sister who lives with her husband at NO 7, Madam Felicia street, Orimerunmu, Mowe has been beaten to death by her husband.
The suspect strangled the deceased during a scuffle as a result of a minor disagreement.
Having realized that he has killed his wife, the suspect used a hot iron to burn parts of the body of the deceased, to look as if she was electrocuted.
