Mohbad died in a controversial manner on September 12, 2023.
His father, James Aloba had said in an interview that he suspects the auxiliary nurse who injected Mohbad before he died, stressing that the injection might have complicated his son’s health.
His death has birthed multiple protests across Nigeria, especially in Lagos State where he was based before his death.
The protesters, who believed that Naira Marley, the former record label boss of the deceased and one his associates, Sam Larry, had a hand in the death of the singer, have used diverse medium to call for the arrest of the suspects.
The suspicions started after a lot of videos of Sam Larry bullying MohBad surfaced online after the singer’s death.
On one occasion, the singer, in a video he made before his death, accused members of the Marlian Records of attempting to kill him.
MohBad, who appeared wounded in the video asked Nigerians to hold Naira Marley and his associates responsible if he dies.
