Missing Genitals: 14 In Court For Raising False Alarm

No fewer than 14 men have been arraigned by the Federal Capital Territory Police Command for lying that some innocent residents caused their genitals to disappear, leading to several mob actions carried out against over 10 accused persons in the nation’s capital city in the past few weeks.

This was disclosed on Tuesday by the FCT Commissioner of Police, Haruna Garba, who was updating journalists on the progress recorded in the last few weeks by men of the command.

According to the police boss, the command received over 10 cases, mostly around Garshi, Gwagwalada and the Kwali areas of the FCT, some of which escalated into mob actions by youths.

Speaking further, the CP explained that no one was killed in the reported incidents.

He stated the police took the false alarmists for a medical checkup at a reputable hospital where it was revealed that their male organs were intact and also very much active.

CP Garba said, “The FCT Police Command has recorded over 10 cases of alleged disappearance of male organs across the territory and the escalating incidents of mob action by irate youths. It took the intervention of the Police Command to prevent the loss of lives and property and restore law and order.

“Fourteen suspects who claimed that their male organs had disappeared were taken to the hospital where the medical doctor confirmed that their organs were intact and active. Consequently, they were charged to court for giving false information and inciting public disturbance.

“I wish to seize this opportunity to appeal to the residents of FCT to warn their wards and children to desist from raising false alarm. In addition, they are enjoined not to resort to jungle justice or mob action as innocent lives may be lost in the process.”
