The Adamawa state police command says no fewer than 38 suspects have been apprehended for committing various crimes across the state.
This was disclosed by the Commissioner of Police in the state, Sikiru Kayode Akande while parading the suspects before journalists at the police headquarters on Tuesday.
Akande said the arrest was the result of the heightened effort by the police to check criminal activities.
According to him, the suspects were apprehended in connection with ki-na-pi-g activities, arm robbery, ra-e, and culpable homicide among others.
The Commissioner added that the suspects were apprehended in Fufore, Yola North and Girei Local Government Areas, Adamawa state.
