There has been another attack on Kagoro, in Mallagum-Kagoro, Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The recent attack, which took place Friday followed the mass burial of those killed by the gunmen in the community earlier.
NIGERIACRIME gathered that this recent attack was carried out between the hours of 9 pm to 10 pm by the gunmen who started shooting sporadically.
According to a source, the gunmen came in their large numbers, fully armed.
He said, “While the gunmen were shooting sporadically and the people were running for their safety, the timely intervention of the military saved the situation and no life was lost.”

Recall that gunmen killed at least 38 villagers in northwestern Nigeria’s Kaduna state, a region chronically marred by armed violence on Tuesday.
During the attack, which started late on Sunday night and continued into the early hours of Monday morning, armed men shot people and burned at least 100 houses, said Luka Binniyat, spokesperson for the Southern Kaduna Peoples Union (SKPU).
A resident, Jasen Joseph, said the attackers had killed some people with machetes.
He said, “I lost many friends, uncles, parents and mentors in this place. If you go down there, the two streets, you will see corpses everywhere.
“Thousands of residents of these two sacked communities and surrounding villages are leaving their homes in droves as (internally displaced people) for any area they may find some measure of safety.”
The State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Muhammed Jalige could not be reached for comment.
