After Collecting N5m Ransome, Bandits kill Katsina State Government staff

Lawal Dahiru, a steward working in the Katsina State Government House have been killed by bandits who kidnapped him three weeks ago.

The bandits killed him after collecting N5m ransom from his family.

Dahiru was kidnapped twenty-four days ago on his farmland, close to 35 Battalion Natsinta, Nigerian Army Barracks, along the Jibiya-Katsina Road.

NigeriaCrime.com gathered that Dahiru who is survived by four wives, about 20 children and grandchildren has since been buried according to Islamic rites

Confirming the incident, the public relations, officers Katsina State Police Command, SP Gambo Isah, said Dahiru was kidnapped 24 days ago on his farmland, not far away from the 35 Battalion Natsinta, Nigerian Army Barracks, along the Jibiya-Katsina Road.

In a related development, a content Creator Eboh George has been killed by gunmen in Enugu

Eboh George, an Asaba-based vlogger known for making documentaries that showcase the lifestyle in several parts of Nigeria, was shot dead on Tuesday, October 11.

Nigeriacrime.com learned Eboh George travelled to film in Benue and Enugu state and was travelling back to Asaba from Benue state when he and other travellers were ambushed at four corners junction, along Enugu-Umuahia Expressway.

He was shot dead alongside one other traveller, while Others were kidnapped.

Eboh aimed to showcase the beauty of the country to the world through his videos.
