A 63-year-old ex-policeman Asuquo Edet who is currently living beside the entrance gate of Hossana Estate, Ago Palace way, Lagos state, has called on the government and kind-hearted Nigerians to rescue, and provide medical assistance for him.

The father of three, Asuquo Edet, who could barely walk, is currently down with a large open sore on his right leg. He sleeps in the cold at night and stays under the sun during the day without a roof over his head begging for alms from passers-by at Hossana Estate.
