Three lifeless bodies of yet-to-be-identified youths have been removed from a major road in Ibadan, the state capital of Oyo, by operatives of the State Police Command.
NIGERIACRIME gathered that that the remains of the victims, who were murdered by unknown person, were removed on Tuesday.
The victims were reportedly murdered in the early hours of Monday around Office Bus Stop, after World Oil Petrol Station, New Ibadan-Oyo Expressway, in the Akinyele Local Government Area of the state.
It was learnt that the perpetrators harvested vital organs from two of the bodies, while the last victim was beheaded.

Reacting to the unfortunate incident on Tuesday, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, said the police removed the bodies in the interest of the public, adding that it was already causing panic in the area.
Osifeso said, “Yes, the corpses were removed this morning (Tuesday). It was done in public interest, public safety and to prevent the spread of epidemic. Investigation has already commenced and update will be provided accordingly.”
It was also gathered that unpleasant odour had taken over the scene before the arrival of the policemen who took the bodies away.
A commercial driver, Abdulfatai AbdulGaniyu, said, “I saw the lifeless bodies in the morning when I was carrying passengers from Ojoo to Toose. The case looks like ritual killing because one of them was beheaded.”
