Court Sentences Man To Death By Hanging For Killing Okada Rider

A farmer, Toyin Ajakaiye, has been convicted and sentenced to death by hanging for the murder of a commercial motorcyclist, popularly known as okada rider, Afe Omoniyi.

According to reports gathered by NIGERIACRIME, the okada rider was killed in August 23, 2018 along Agbado/Ode Ekiti road.

Delivering the judgment, the presiding judge, Justice Olukayode Ogundana of an Ekiti State High Court, ruled that the prosecutor proved beyond reasonable doubt Omoniyi was killed by the convict.
